Quick and Easy meal of the day!♥

Today I'll be sharing my healthy meal that I'm enjoying a lot lately♥
It is super easy to make and satisfyin to the stomache that it
reduces junk food cravin! 

what you will need :
- a pack of pasta(not the long spaghetti noodle but the small twisty ones lol)
- Broccoli
- can of tuna or ham flakes 

- salad dressing of your choice (preferably low fat)
- hemp seeds (optional)

First, you gonna boil the pasta twisties in boilin water for about 13mins in the pot. 
After 13mins, put in the chopped broccoli and leave it boilin for another 4mins.

Once that is done, drain out the water.
At this point, your pot should look somethin like this lol 

Next, put flakes of ham or tuna of your choice in a bowl and place the pasta and broccoli on top of it.
Drizzle your favorite (preferably low fat)salad dressing and mix them well.
And you're done!♥

Additionally, I also sprinkle hemp seeds(got mine from costco) on top but this step is totally optional.
(I personally put hemp seeds on top of every food I eat 
since it's known for the most healthiest seeds out there that contains protein, fatty acids, vitamins and much more.) 

Your bowl probably look somethin like this at this point. ---------> :D
                                                                             

Now, all you gotta do is be thankful for the food and enjoy!♥
